Susan Latham
Adept at finding even the hardest to reach recruit. Sue is MRS RAS accredited and adept at finding even the trickiest recruit.
She is a black belt in organisation skills and also helps the team design and implement projects.
When she isn't watching her daughters dance and perform, she loves reading gripping crime fiction

Arianna Zampognaro
A Psychology and Communications graduate, Arianna loves getting to the heart of what makes people tick. Her focus is on qualitative research and creating meaningful conversations, whether is face to face or digital.
She spends her spare time exploring new countries, often underwater with her scuba gear.
Arianna has been shortlisted for the AQR emerging talent award 2026

We also work with a range of experts, from statisticians to category planners and psychologists, to add further richness to our projects.

PATRICK FAGAN
Applied Behavioural Scientist
Patrick is an applied behavioural scientist with over a decade’s experience ‘turning minds into money’. He has co-authored peer-reviewed papers on topics ranging from Facebook psychology to facial expressions, from implicit bias to suicide prevention. On the commercial side, for over a decade Patrick has been running research to help clients understand their customers and improve their products and communications, using a whole range of techniques, such as implicit testing, psychometrics, projective interviews, behavioural experiments, biometrics, and more. Some illustrative clients include eBay, O2 and Sony.
JOHN MCCONNELL
Statistician - Analytical People
John takes big data, medium data, and even small data and makes it work. He helps us run our conjoints, segmentations and max diffs – helping us interrogate data meaning in multiple ways in order to find out what is really going on. If we have enough different data points we also work with John producing predictive analytic reports that help our clients plan for likely outcomes.


DR. JULES STAPLETON
Statistician- Analytical People
With a PhD in Bayesian Statistics and over 25 years of specialisation in statistics for market research, Jules couldn't be more qualified to help us with our most complex analyses. She loves being creative, using her statistical knowledge to bring data alive and solve problems for clients. Her favourite techniques are segmentations, key driver analysis, Implicit Response and Association techniques, and Structural Equation Models.
